Police in Herndon Virginia have some new german rides.  The local police station have teamed with VW to come up with a police car concept based on the Passat.  Not only do the cars look way better than the grandma like crown vic, but the cars have a full APR Tuned kit giving them more horsepower and fuel ecomony.  Now we need to look out for blacked out Passats!
